A Sweet Independance: Our 4th of July Honey Harvest

As fireworks lit up the skies over Bloomington, Minnesota, we had something extra sweet to celebrate—our very own 4th of July honey harvest!

Our hives were honey bound, overflowing with nectar from early summer blooms. With little room left for the queen to lay eggs, we stepped in to create space—and in the process, captured a super small batch of beautiful, golden honey. Light, floral, and vibrant, it’s a true taste of early summer.

Our Saskatraz bees, known for their resilience and productivity, have been busy foraging on local wildflowers and blossoms. By early July, their work resulted in a wonderfully fragrant and flavorful honey that’s as local as it gets.

At Bloom-N-Hive, we:

  • Harvest by hand

  • Filter minimally

  • Bottle with care

This ensures you receive raw, natural honey—packed with the authentic taste of Minnesota wildflowers and the character of the land we love.

This batch is extremely limited, so don’t miss your chance to enjoy a jar of our special Independence Day harvest. It's our way of celebrating freedom, community, and nature’s sweetest gift.
